Spraying
Each product recieves 3 coats of water based paint, the paint is sprayed on which provides a consistent finish. Between each coat the product goes into a dryer which slowly dry the paint then the timber is sanded to ensure smoothness. The timber is sprayed all over to ensure good protection from the weather.
